Return and Exchange Policy

At Ani Alexis, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied or something doesn't fit right, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges according to the following guidelines:

• Returns: You can return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to the original payment method.
   
• Exchanges: If you need to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.
   
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping on non-defective items. If your item is defective, we will cover the return shipping.
